Cancellation Request Process

  1. Email your request to support@kightgrocery.com with your order ID and issue details.
  2. Attach photos of the item(s) if applicable.
  3. Our support team will verify and confirm eligibility.
  4. Once approved, refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Products

  • Perishable goods (milk, fruits, vegetables, etc.)
  • Opened or used items
  • Customized orders or special packaging

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
