Cancellation Request Process
- Email your request to support@kightgrocery.com with your order ID and issue details.
- Attach photos of the item(s) if applicable.
- Our support team will verify and confirm eligibility.
- Once approved, refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Products
- Perishable goods (milk, fruits, vegetables, etc.)
- Opened or used items
- Customized orders or special packaging
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
