Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refunds are only processed for items delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect state.
  2. Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Product must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable).
  4. Fresh produce and perishable goods are not eligible for return/refund.
  5. Refunds are subject to inspection by our support team.
